Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Taya01 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Taya01 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, Taya01 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Taya01 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Taya01 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify Taya01 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Taya01 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to Taya01 promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Taya01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Taya01 cashier interface.
All deposits made to your Taya01 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Taya01 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform, unless otherwise approved by Taya01 in writing. Taya01 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Taya01 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Remaining balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior written notice to the registered email address.
Taya01 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Taya01 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Taya01 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified timeframe.

Where bonus abuse is identified, Taya01 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant account.
Taya01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Taya01 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Taya01's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Taya01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Taya01 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Taya01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Taya01 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authorities of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Taya01 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
